The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Addiction, Anger, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Borderline Personality, Career, Coping Skills, Depression, Grief / Loss, Life Transition, Men’s Issues, Relationships, Self Esteem, Stress and Trauma / PTSD.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

As a person centered therapist, I understand that emotional wellness is impacted by factors that are inherent to the human experience, and that resiliency can be strengthened through appropriate mental support.
