Your first session will be a meet and greet. It provides an opportunity for you to give me insight into what you are going through. Together, we will assess, discuss, and create a treatment plan that fits your goals. It will also provide you the opportunity to get to know me and how I provide treatment.

I implement CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which takes a look at our thoughts and how those thoughts influence our emotions and dictate our behavior. I also use REBT, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, which is an analytical way of evaluating how we perceive situations and challenge those perceptions to create a more healthy outcome. I very much enjoy using Existentialism, as this will give us insight into the purpose behind our thoughts and actions and remind us of the power of hope. I like to implement guided meditations as a way to relax the body and dive deeper into our consciences, gaining more self-awareness and self-control. I play music and know the power it has over our body, mind, and spirit. I love using music to help clients evoke positive memories and process emotions.
