What does a first session with you look like?

My counseling approach is primarily one of empowerment: allowing your personal strengths to be nurtured and developed, while lessening psychological hindrances that may be damaging your quality of life. I am mindful of the whole person - your physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I have specialized training in mindfulness meditation, treating both substance-based and behavioral addictions, recovery from childhood and adult trauma experiences, anxiety and depressive disorders, relationship concerns, bereavement, spiritual crises, and other life transitions.
