What does a first session with you look like?
Following the first session, clients can anticipate gaining a deeper understanding of their behaviors and symptoms. Besides, the initial session provides a chance for the client to build rapport and trust with us. Customized homework that requires the client's active involvement will be assigned throughout our collaboration. Active participation and feedback are integral to the treatment process.
