What does a first session with you look like?
I have been in the medical profession for over 15 years. I believe psychiatry is the foundation of our overall well- being. It is important to understand that depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, and much more can affect our daily lives. Therapy with conjunction with medication is proven to be the most effective in helping achieve the best outcomes.
