What does a first session with you look like?
Mental health is REAL. Dr Abam will listen to your needs and together, we will make a plan that works for you. A plan to target your needs. Dr Abam will treat you as an individual and make a customized plan just for you. Dr Abam has passion for empathetic care and believes that everyone deserves a compassionate provider. Her patients do not have to walk their health journeys alone. she will walk with you every step of your health journey.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Provider is focused in diagnosing and managing mental health conditions including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, schizophrenia and many more psychiatric diseases. The treatment options is mostly focus on Medication Management and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. Dr Abam has flexible late evening Video Tele Health schedule to accommodate working Americans who need to work and still take care of their health.
