.I provide individual therapy (for adults) in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental setting. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, trauma and bereavement informed approach, and other therapeutic interventions in my sessions.
