What is your style/approach to therapy?

Individual psychotherapy and medication management as warranted by needs/treatment plan agreed upon with patient. Referrals to Psych Rehabilitation and Intensive Outpatient programs if more therapy time and sessions are needed outside of what routine mental health visits can accommodate. Also offers Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) to patients dealing with underlining substance addiction/abuse

What does a first session with you look like?

To effectively serve the patients while emphasis is focused on building strong patient-provider relationship from initial session. Therapy sessions are geared towards building trust, exploring alongside with patients' treatment methods that have been proven to work, that has worked for them in the past and manage problems presented by patient through treatment plan that is individually centered around the patient
