Mindfulness techniques - Mindfulness practices such as meditation, deep breathing, and body scan can be helpful in managing stress, promoting self-awareness, and enhancing overall well-being. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) - CBT is a form of therapy that focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors that can contribute to anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Solution-focused therapy - This type of therapy focuses on identifying solutions to specific problems and building on individual strengths and resources to achieve goals. Self-care strategies - Developing personalized self-care practices, such as exercise, hobbies, or spending time with loved ones, can be helpful in promoting overall well-being and reducing stress.
