What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to take away a sense of validation, trust, and empowerment from sessions with me. I focus on finding solutions and empowering clients to find their own strength and voice while navigating life's challenges.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use an eclectic, integrative, and collaborative approach. I have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused models and incorporate the mind-body-spirit connection to improve overall mental health. Additionally, I am able to integrate a spiritual perspective into my therapeutic work.
