What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to come away from therapy with hands-on tools to be able to utilize, as well as gain deeper insights into the roots of their behaviors or relational patterns. These insights will allow clients to make more healthy choices/decisions in their lives and relationships.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My therapeutic orientation is based on Family Systems, and I also utilize Object Relations, Attachment Theory, as well as many cognitive-behavioral techniques.
