What does a first session with you look like?
You can heal from your trauma, move beyond those old behaviors and live happy, satisfying, fulfilling lives. Within a safe, compassionate and nonjudgmental environment, you will be listened to, accepted, empowered and challenged. Together we will work to enable you to grow and change, to empowering you to transform you lives, move from hopeless to hopeful, develop healthy coping skills, successfully navigate life's challenges.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe in the connection between the body, mind, spirit and emotions, Using traditional talk therapy (CBT) and somatic tools like EMDR and mindfulness, I can help you to release the past, reclaim your natural resilience, joy, vitality and confidence, and potentially improve your physical health. It takes courage to take reach out and seek support. My specialties include Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) , Mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, and Insight-oriented therapy.
