What does a first session with you look like?
As a psychotherapist, I have over 25 years of experience providing professional counseling services to men, women, and adolescents. Clients appreciate my approach and ability to understand the problems they face during their time of concern. With my help, you feel better prepared to make appropriate choices to tackle life challenges. I believe in helping clients to find the solutions to their challenges and promote personal growth.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I provide counseling via telehealth, e-message and telephone counseling. In-person sessions are provided when slots are available. I lean towards a solution-oriented approach. My style is eclectic which also will include CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and client-centered therapies.
