What is your style/approach to therapy?
I focus on any of 3 potential treatment approaches. In no particular order: Behavioral approaches, or what I call "thought work," including ACT!, CBT, DBT, and related thought-based therapies (apologies for the acronyms); Emotion-focused/body Focused therapies, including Internal Family Systems, and elements of psychodynamic psychotherapy; 3) Highly structured therapies, particularly for Trauma/PTSD (e.g. Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy).
