What is your style/approach to therapy?
I obtained my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California. I am working on getting a Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis on Performance, as I am committed to a lifetime of professional growth and development. During my internship at the Department of Mental Health and Harbor UCLA, I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe each individual is unique, and I use an eclectic approach when developing interventions for my clients. I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible.
