What does a first session with you look like?
To be able to better understand one's mindset is a life changing experience. By providing a safe space, I will teach you to experience emotions that you may be unconsciously attempting to avoid. The experience will allow you to learn healthier ways to cope with a full range of emotions. You will begin to understand what your automatic reactive behaviors are and the reason for them as will as how to break your reactive nature to get different results.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I find that life sometimes appears dark and by removing thoughts that block our ability to find a solution or cause interference with our decision making we are able to reconnect and return to living in the light where we can make active conscious choices.
