The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. At an early age I became aware that helping others was a passion of mine and something I wanted to share with others.

Alexandra Restelli is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) whooffers her clients a safe and nurturing space in order to begin the healing and rebuilding process, using her more than 5 years of clinical experience to provide individual counseling, family counseling, crisis assessments, interventions, adolescent therapy, and more. She specializes in treating chronic stress, dysfunctional relationships, co-occurring disorders, and disorders ranging from anxiety, depression, ADHD, to PTSD and panic disorders. Alexandra earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Ohio State University and has worked to treatindividuals suffering from personality disorders in the community, psychiatric facilities, and correctional facilities. In sessions, she uses an eclectic, cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach, always staying trauma-informed, client-centered, and strengths-based. Alexandra's goal as a therapist is to create a safe and respectful space for you to share your goals. She feels that therapy is a great tool for success as well as a healthy way to maintain your stress levels. Alexandra looks forward to establishing a healthy clinical relationship, in order to support building your strengths and creating goals to discover the best you.
