When we work together, I hold a space for you to open up and feel empowered. No two people are alike, so we will co-create a wellness plan to meet your specific needs, and through our work together, you will rediscover the light and strength within you. During sessions, you will receive homework. It is optional, but I find that those willing to do the work and/or practice the tools, see the best results. Homework assignments are designed to increase your understanding of what is discussed during your sessions. Homework can include written work (through assigned journaling prompts), creative exercises, breathing or mindfulness exercises, or even listening to a song. Since this is your therapy, I love to integrate areas of your interest into the homework whenever possible.

I blend evidenced-based therapies with mindfulness, creative expression, holistic practices and writing exercises. I work with adults, college students and adolescents struggling with self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, spirituality, and recovery from mental illness, addictions and past experiences.
