What does a first session with you look like?
You can expect 45-60 minutes of joyful conversations where you are the VIP. If you agree, you will be able to share your thoughts, feelings and main concerns and issues which hopefully we will try to resolve together.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Cognitive behavior therapy is my main method of therapy. However, I like to individualize my approach depending on client's needs. I also love to use calming techniques and meditation in order to manage emotions.
