The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions. Thriveworks helps people live happier, more fulfilling lives. Clients are guided and supported as they work through their unique mental health challenges – and, along the way, shown the life-changing power of therapy.
I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems.

We spend our lives learning who we are and what we want as individuals and families. Many times we need the support of others to gauge our perspective, learn internal and external resources, and work through challenges that arise. Alexis believes strongly in her ability to support you in learning to understand, cope with, and process life s current challenges, whether it be in your relationship or with individual mental health needs. When you are ready, Alexis is happy to hear from you and book an appointment to get started.
