What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect someone who will listen to them, provide insight and challenge them to examine their current circumstances and encourage them to change. Clients can also expect to interact with someone who understands their plight and help them understand while their situation is unique to them, they are not the first person to go through this and they are not alone.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am trained in rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) method. I also utilize various worksheets associated with REBT to help clients work through issues. I also utilize the love languages to help couples relationally.
