Alison completed her Masters of Science (MS) in Clinical Psychology at Clayton State University. As a trauma-focused therapist, she works best with clients who are working to move from a place of surviving to thriving. Alison offers a warm, inviting, and encouraging therapeutic alliance as she works with you to define and create actionable steps to reach your goals. As a clinician who has experience in many levels of care, she can help you learn to advocate for yourself. Alison will create a personalized treatment plan that meets your specific needs, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
