What does a first session with you look like?
I will sit and listen to your story in a safe and confidential place so you can be comfortable to share. The therapy session is a two way street and what you put into the session is what you will accomplish. It will be difficult at times and very rewarding at times, but I will be there to walk down the path of discovering what you can do for yourself and the changes you will make for your life to be better.
