What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use cognitive behavioral therapy. I also use a systems approach to better understand the context of your concerns. We may use a solution focused approach to find actionable steps to manage challenges. Our sessions are tailored to you.

What does a first session with you look like?

First and foremost, you can expect unbiased care in therapy with me. In our first session together, we will do an assessment so I can better understand how to help. Each session thereafter will be tailored to you and focused on what you want to focus on. You will walk away feeling heard and as though you have a safe space to offload difficult thoughts and feelings. Eventually, you may develop new insights about how to manage difficulties we discussed.
