What does a first session with you look like?
In our sessions together, I'll meet you with attentiveness and nonjudgmental spirit to help create an experience of safety that will help you move towards meaningful ways of relating, healthy coping skills, and healing throughout life’s challenges.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach comes from an attachment and interpersonal/relational perspective. I use an integrative approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness.
