I am a client-centered therapist and I believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, meaning I tailor my approach to your needs while maintaining a non-judgmental and empathetic stance. I like to pull from various modalities and frameworks to fit my client’s needs or interests. I use a strengths-based, Integrative, trauma-informed and inclusive approach to healing. My goal is to create a warm, gentle, non-judgmental space so each client feels comfortable sharing what is on their minds and what is in their hearts. This may include diving into trauma, grief, and other challenging life experiences that prevent a person from feeling at peace and operating at their highest potential.
