What does a first session with you look like?
As a clinician, I feel it is extremely important that you leave with skills and tools to help you navigate through your challenges in life. I also help you build a cohesive and reasonable treatment plan to make sure you can do the work and that it is working for you. Because if it's not then we will try something else.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer a variety of treatment plans and methods, however, it's not a once size fits all! After careful assessments and gathering information. I then will be able to design a nice comprehension of tools along with your outcome for treatment. The most popular ones I do are CBT, DBT and client-centered therapy, just to new a few.
