What does a first session with you look like?
Since 2006, I have been honored to serve children and families by helping them learn regulation and find the peace they want and need. I would so enjoy partnering with you during this chapter of life you are in. I will be your ally and advocate as we explore more of who you are and identify how to heal past hurts, pain, and trauma that often feels unbearable. With a varied background that includes perinatal mental health, and providing services to children and adults experiencing trauma and grief, I serve expecting parents, caregivers, struggling families, and those who have suffered pregnancy loss. You are not alone. I will hold the space you need while being the “keeper of your story” as you create a new chapter in your life story.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
During our sessions, we will work together to find the right treatment approach for you. Through compassion, empathy, and the use of evidence-based practices, I will assist you in finding the "you" again.
