I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. As a woman who has had mental health struggles, I understand how challenges with mental health can affect every aspect of day-to-day life.

Amanda Rusco is a Licensed Profession Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with a background in Early Childhood Education. She currently has 3 years of experience working in the counseling field. Amanda is passionate about helping adults navigate their unique challenges and live a life that has a purpose and is fulfilling. Amanda specializes in addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting issues and stress management. Amanda completed her Master's degree with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health counseling in 2019 at Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Education focusing on Early Childhood Education and was a teacher for 6 years. Amanda's background as a teacher gives her a unique perspective when working with parents struggling with issues with their young children. Amanda utilizes multiple treatment approaches including person centers, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing. We all go through struggles in life.
