What does a first session with you look like?
As your therapist I will provide you with a safe, confidential space to get to the root of what’s going on currently. I will provide you with a non-judgmental and empathetic listening ear, and not only assist you with uncovering your unique strengths and tools that work for you, I will also offer additional ways to look at, think about, or cope with life’s stressors.
