What does a first session with you look like?
Our first session will most likely be similar to an interview, but not near as stressful! I will spend some time asking questions to get to know you and your background, and I hope you will have questions for me as well! I want you to be comfortable during our sessions and have an understanding of my approaches and how I can help!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My professional experience includes using CBT, DBT, strengths-based, and mindfulness. I like to teach my clients new skills or help them to improve on ones they may have learned in the past.
