What does a first session with you look like?
We will work together to reach the goals that you have, be able to see the progress by making small achievable goals, and have open communication on struggles, successes and what to expect as therapy comes to a close.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), structural family therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based therapies, grounding techniques, and utilize workbooks and worksheets as appropriate.
