What does a first session with you look like?
I hope my clients leave my sessions with a better understanding of themselves, the world around them and how they want to show up in the world. I hope for my clients to have a better focus on their values and priorities in life and how focusing on those values will help them to live a purposeful life. My clients hopefully leave sessions with actionable items and challenges to complete before their next session, activities that will help them bloom into the person they are meant to be. I don?�?t just want to see my clients grow, I want to see them bloom.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize a blend of modalities and interventions that are tailored towards the individual. However, most of my methods are centered in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and are humanistic in nature. I believe in holistic approaches focused on implementing natural remedies for wellbeing and healing.
