The first few sessions we have will be focused on identifying your personal "story", the story you have lived through, the story and rules that dictate your daily perception, the story that also creates a feeling of anxiety, disappointment, depression, numbness, or dissatisfaction. After we identify your personal story, I use creative, personalized techniques to assist you in re-writing your story, finding your strengths and identifying ways in which to hack your brain into achieving more serenity. I utilize creative activities and homework assignments for between sessions, only if my client is comfortable doing so. Therapy is going to work faster if you are able to put in the work outside of our sessions!

I am an eclectic provider, matching different methods for each unique client. The most common modalities I use/teach include CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman Method for Couples. I am a basic-trained ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) provider. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma.
