What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to take away from our sessions skills to help identify and manage their stressors and develop coping skills to cope with mental health problems via various treatment methods with evidence-based techniques, and management of psychotropic medications.

We will use various treatment methods with compassion and evidence-based techniques to help the client overcome the hangups and habits holding them back and get them back to balance.
