What does a first session with you look like?
I meet you where you are and in doing so my approach if very eclectic. I believe in resourcing my clients with life lines, grounding and calming techniques that are practical sensory, energy based and can be used anywhere, once we are set the work begins.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Eclectic treatment. I use screeners amongst hx of expertise and listen closely to my clients goals. CBT, Solution Focus, DBT, Narrative, Prolong Exposure, EMDR, etc.
