What does a first session with you look like?
My objective as a Psychiatric Advance Practice Registered Nurse is to increase access to mental health treatment and empower my patients while simultaneously fostering a healing environment where they can achieve their goals and feel their best.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I specialize in helping people learn how to overcome their symptoms, as well as deal with many other mental health and wellness struggles. Most importantly, I’m here to listen and help you understand yourself. Through building the right skills you can create your toolbox to use anytime you need to feel more in control of your life.
