What does a first session with you look like?

During our first session I will get to know you. I will gather information about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. These sessions are all for you and I want to make sure you are getting what you need. I will provide recommendations and guidance along the way as I want to make sure you are well equipped and empowered to make the changes you desire.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use an array of therapeutic approaches including but not limited to , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Informed, and Solution Focused as well as several other evidenced-based therapies and techniques.
