What does a first session with you look like?
To put it simply, I think a client will walk away feeling like they've done something different about the problem(s) they're experiencing. Just by making an appointment, and showing up you're already headed towards change. Each client will have something different resonate with them after each session. But I'm confident you'll have a new perspective on the problem and a better way to handle it.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Truly there isn't much "magic" to what I do. I like to think I work really hard towards understanding my clients problems from their point of view. Once I can see it through their eyes, and make sense of it then we can co-create solutions that will have a lasting impact.
