What is your style/approach to therapy?

My practice utilizes mindfulness and compassion as main sources to heal. I also hold tremendous value with Internal Family Systems (IFS) which allows the client to explore thought patterns are their origin. My hope is to give my client the awareness and courage to treat patterns that are not serving them well.

What does a first session with you look like?

My hope is for my clients to take away a sense of hope and encouragement. It is also important to realize you are not alone and that mental health is just as important as physical health.
