She has 23 years of extensive experience working with children and adults seeking help with behavioral health, child development, and adjustments with life transitions including coping with new diagnoses, divorce, trauma/abuse, Covid related adjustments (such as grief and trauma) depression, and anxiety. Amy completed her Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from Boston College and her Masters in Social Work from Rhode Island College.Amy utilizes relational, collaborative, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, emotional-focused, and sensitive-focused approaches to therapy while maintaining flexibility and awareness to best meet the needs of every individual.
