What does a first session with you look like?
The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer a variety of counseling approaches including ADHD, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Coping Skills, Depression, Grief / Loss, Relationships, Self Esteem, Trauma / PTSD and Women’s Issues.
What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
As an experienced professional, with over 10 years working in counseling, I understand the importance of a non-judgmental atmosphere in session.
