What does a first session with you look like?
My job is to put myself out of a job with you. That may sound funny but true. My focus is to help you feel empowered, and we’ll work together to help that come about. We will work together, much as a pilot and copilot to get your goals achieved. You, your time and money are valuable that’s why we will have a treatment plan that you and I will formulate together and each session will be productive as a result.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, reality therapy and helping you to find additional resources to add to your “Mental health toolbox“.
