What does a first session with you look like?
I know that you will feel comfortable with me and will be able to tap into your inner strength and wisdom. During each one of our sessions you will process your emotions in a non-judgmental and compassionate space and learn valuable coping skills.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I find that a mindfulness approach does wonders for anxiety symptoms. I teach mindfulness and self-compassion skills to each one of my clients.
