I encourage you to feel hopeful. Small steps create massive changes. I will help you explore life experiences that may be holding you back and improve your overall health and well-being. I look forward to working with you.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use a holistic approach to mental health, incorporating cognitive and behavioral approaches, solution-focused, strength-based, trauma-informed, psychodynamic, ACT, mindfulness and holistic health. I work with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, abandonment issues, substance use, divorce, intimate and family relationships and life transitions.
