What does a first session with you look like?
In our sessions, you will learn skills for coping, building confidence, and effective communication. You will also practice mindfulness, compassion, self-love, and self-care, learn how to set boundaries, and learn how to reflect on situations through a different lens. Our session is a time where you can truly express what you really feel without fear; it?�?s a safe space where processing takes place and, the more transparent you are, the better. I respect and value the opportunity to assist and support my clients and help them thrive.
