What does a first session with you look like?
As a client with me, you can expect your initial session to explore your history, needs/wants, and what you hope to accomplish via therapy. Goals will be established and plan for how we will follow through with making progress on those goals. From there, session frequency and length will be discussed and agreed upon. At times, clients can expect to receive additional assignments or instructions to follow through with in between session. Some clients are recommended to explore additional reading resources outside of session.
