What does a first session with you look like?
At your first session, we will complete an Intake/Assessment. Then, if you would like to give Brainspotting therapy a try, we will start right away in the second session. However, if you are wanting to take a different approach, that is welcome too! This is your time for self care!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize Brainspotting therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strengths Based.
