What does a first session with you look like?
I strive to take a client-centered approach and incorporate a variety of approaches. I believe in the importance of treating everyone with dignity and respect. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where they can express their thoughts, feelings and emotions without the fear of judgment. Through collaboration, goals will be set with the purpose of having a meaningful outcome.
