What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Andrea Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 9 years of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, life transitions, and substance use disorders. Andrea has extensive experience counseling young adults, adults, families, couples, and groups in both residential and outpatient settings. Andrea has a passion for working with the entire family system impacted by addiction. She enjoys providing the education and support that family members are often seeking to learn how to manage their new role within the family system and to support recovery. Andrea treats clients 18 and older, utilizing Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in her approach with clients. Andrea believes lasting change happens through building compassionate and trusting relationships with her clients and would be honored to be a part of your journey.
